“Returns”
All return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. NIS will exchange damaged or defective products which are notified within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. No returns will be made for ordering errors, unless authorized by NIS; a re-stocking fee may be charged. Should you receive a damaged product, you must email NIS within 24 hours with a picture that clearly shows the damage. Please email [email protected]. NIS reserves the right to determine whether the damage or defect qualifies as a returnable product. No refunds or returns will be accepted for downloadable content.
