Why Train your Operators In-house?
Take control of your in-house training and certification programs, and certify your operators to your local equipment and operating conditions. Conducting site-specific aerial lift operator training and certification will lower your workplace incidents and accidents as your operators will gain knowledge and practice in the environment they are expected to operate within. In-house training will also decrease your overall training expenses while increasing your overall safety in your workplace by educating your coworkers on the local workplace best practices. As a certified NIS Aerial Lift Trainer, you will gain the knowledge to educate, train and evaluate your operator’s performance on an ongoing basis.
